Why everything feels like yours
An anxious mind assigns ownership to everything it can see. If a problem exists — a colleague's mood, a parent's health, a decision that isn't yours — the mind files it as a task.
Most of what we carry was never ours to move. Caring about something and being responsible for it are two different things, and the difference is where most of our energy leaks.
What the practice does
It puts everything on the table and draws one line: what you can influence on one side, what you cannot on the other. Nothing on the far side is dismissed — it simply stops being a task. What remains is small, specific, and actually yours.
