Privacy, in plain terms.
Last updated 1 October 2026. The short version: what you write in the daily practices never leaves your browser, and the little that does touch a server is stored for you alone, read by one person, and never sold.
What stays on your device
The five daily practices — and anything you save in them — live in your browser's local storage. No account, no server, no exception. We cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it completely.
What touches a server
Three things, only if you choose them: an account (email and a password hash, via Supabase auth) so your Journeys can wait for you; your Journey reflections, stored with row-level security and readable only by you; and feedback you deliberately send, which one person reads to improve the product.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics counts anonymous events — for example practice_completed — so I can tell whether a practice is being finished or abandoned. It never sees what you wrote. There are no ad pixels, no third-party trackers, and no advertising cookies.
No AI, no selling
Nothing you write is sent to any AI model or third-party processor, now or later. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared. There are no ads and there never will be — the product is funded by AVUNE+, not by your attention.
Deleting your data
Clearing your browser deletes your saved practices instantly. Cancelling from your account page stops billing and keeps your reflections until you ask otherwise. To erase everything — account, Journey reflections, feedback — email me and I'll delete it by hand and confirm when it's gone.
