Plain-English terms.

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms are the whole agreement — written to be read, not survived. If any sentence below is unclear, email me and I'll answer plainly.

What you get

The five daily practices are free forever, with no account and no limit. AVUNE+ adds guided Journeys — a week of short practices that walk one stuck thought all the way through — and keeps your Journey reflections with your account. Day 1 of every Journey is free.

If the price is a barrier, the scholarship route is open: leave a thought and we'll find a way to give you access, no questions asked.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card details. AVUNE+ is $9 a month or $59 a year. You can cancel anytime from your account page — you keep AVUNE+ until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you wrote is deleted.

If AVUNE+ isn't right for you, email me within 14 days of paying and I'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no form to fill — send it from the email you paid with, or include your PayPal transaction ID, and I can find the payment in a minute. After 14 days, cancelling simply stops the next charge.

What AVUNE is not

AVUNE is a self-reflection tool, not therapy, medical advice, or a diagnosis. It is built for an ordinary difficult evening. If nights like this have kept you from sleeping for weeks, or the thoughts are heavier than loops, please talk to someone qualified — you deserve more than a writing practice.

What we ask of you

Use AVUNE for your own reflection. Feedback you choose to send is read by one person — me — to improve the product, so please don't put other people's private details in it. And don't scrape, resell, or wrap the site as your own.

Changes to these terms

If the product changes, these terms change with it. Material changes get a new date at the top of this page and a note here. Continuing to use AVUNE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
